In 2014, working 5 jobs, I definitely didn’t think I had time for anything, let alone to start a side business. Yet, I still somehow had time for rooftop happy hours & Netflix. TIME was no longer a legitimate excuse.
When I saw the impact that coaching had on the lives of some of my friends, I was intrigued enough to start asking myself questions about how I could make it work for me too. When I saw that there were no contracts, quotas or penalties for leaving, I realized I had no reason NOT to at least try it.
I figured it was worth it to sacrifice happy hour and Netflix for a little while if it meant that I’d eventually be able to gain MORE free time back.
It definitely wasn’t easy and it definitely didn’t happen over night, but I was slowly able to leave all 5 of those jobs to pursue coaching instead and those simple sacrifices were more than worth it.
I don’t know what your day to day looks like. But I do know that we are ALL busy. It’s all about what you want and how hard you’re willing to work for it. Do you REALLY not have time? Or are you just worried that things won’t work out? You’ll never know if you don’t give yourself a chance. If you’ve ever even considered learning more about coaching, this is your sign to ask the questions.
